Our Services
Dr. Soumyadeep Saha (MBBS (3 Hons), DPM) provides psychiatric consultation and treatment, including psychiatric assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Electrotherapy, in person at his chambers in Kolkata and by phone, online and WhatsApp.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp, phone or the contact form on this site and are confirmed individually. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so the time can be offered to someone else.
- Consultation timings are confirmed with you when you book.
Not For Emergencies
This website and our messaging channels are not monitored around the clock and are not a substitute for emergency care.
If you or someone you know is in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or nearest hospital immediately rather than waiting for a response here.
Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of our work together, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate contact and background information relevant to your care.
- Attend sessions on time, or give reasonable notice if you're unable to.
- Communicate openly about anything affecting your progress or safety.
Fees & Payment
Consultation fees are confirmed with you directly when you book. All Indian health insurance companies are accepted.
Confidentiality & Its Limits
What you share in session is treated as strictly confidential, in line with medical and professional standards. There are limited, legally-defined exceptions where confidentiality may need to be broken, including:
- Where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
- Where disclosure is required by law or court order.
- Where a child or vulnerable adult's safety is a concern.
Where possible, we will always discuss this with you first.
